Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Delays

Division Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Division Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
